Make Faster to Very Slow loading "Add or Remove Programs"

Thanks ocbill for your comment. I think Ubuntu is best now to replace XP and vista. Ubuntu is really amazing and Ubuntu has not these types of problem. I am using Ubuntu now a days and I see it's a great operating system.
